They have been fabulous. Brandon and Alessandra did a fantastic job with great communication and working with my insurance and me. They got my door ordered and installed incredibly fast. Brandon didn't slack on any part of the installation, making sure it fit perfectly and was a soft easy close both inside and out. I am to say the least elated with my door and extremely happy to have found a service and repair shop I can work with. Thanks again guys.

They work on boats too!!!! This company is the absolute best! Brandon and Alex are incredibly helpful- Brandon was able to troubleshoot and repair various appliances on our boat! We have a 45’ Leopard Sailing catamaran and he came right to the boat- hopped on and got things fixed! Super professional and very very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Brandon was fantastic! I have a 2021 Jayco Redhawk with a full slide. The slide would not retract no matter what I did or was advised by the Good Sam technician. He came over the next day and found the control board was the issue. I had been told, after a call to Jayco, where the Control box was located but it was actually in another spot; Brandon found it. He relocated it so I would have access in case I needed to override and spent time ensuring the repair was complete. He is honest, thorough, knowledgeable and just an overall good person. I would highly recommend him. He is mobile and saved me the much higher labor rate that I would have paid elsewhere! Thanks Brandon!

My husband contacted Mako RV while we were at a RV campground in Navarre Beach in October. Our slide topper and awning had been damaged several weeks earlier (due to Hurricane Ian). Due to supply chain issues, the replacement parts would not arrive until December. My husband was so impressed with Brandon that we made arrangements to return to Navarre in January so that he could perform the work. Brandon finished the work yesterday and we are so pleased with the finished job. He also went out of his way to help us by replacing our propane regulator at the last minute which suddenly started to give us problems. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my husband’s questions, stayed in touch during the interim months while waiting for the parts to arrive, and his prices were reasonable! We highly recommend this business for all of your RV work! You won’t be disappointed.

During a recent trip from Michigan to Florida, my new travel trailer burned out the wheel bearings and was undrivable. This left us stranded in Florida with Hurricane Ian approaching. Several dozen "RV emergency services" were unable to provide assistance for two weeks. Mako's Brandon Ruelle added the job to his full schedule. His expertise and professional service were unquestionably exhibited when he arrived. Because he was not an expert in damaged axle spindles and before he did any work, he visited an axle manufacturer and reviewed his solution and showed them pictures to ensure it would get the job done and was safe. The manufacturer agreed with his solution, and he performed the service that afternoon. The cost of the work was very reasonable. Mako and Brandon clearly understand the concepts of quality work and customer service. The hurricane did not hit the area we were in, but he would have got us out of there if it had.
